Q: Why have Powerleague taken over my club? A:Powerleague have purchased the club from Play Football, to retain an excellent small sided football facility in your local community. We have purchased 5 clubs including Bury, Colchester, Luton, Romford and Shepherds Bush
Q: I have an existing booking who do I contact? A: All existing bookings will go ahead as planned, in fact nothing will change. Powerleague will continue to provide the same products that you are used to. Please contact your club if you have queries about your booking (on the same number).
Q: How do I contact the club? A: The club telephone number will remain the same. Alternatively contact email@example.com and we will come straight back to you. You can find details for your club in our Club Finder www.powerleague.co.uk/club-finder
Q: Will the manager still be there? A: Yes, all of the Play Football staff will remain at the clubs.
Q: Will the prices change? A: No, prices will not change.
Q: What will you do to improve the facilities? A: We pride ourselves on offering the very best play experience. We have plans to improve pitches as well as club house facilities and will share exciting news as soon as we can.
Q: How do I book with Powerleague? A: The best way to book a pitch, join a league, book a party or a kids holiday camp is via our app, which can be downloaded via the App Store or Google Play. Alternatively you can visit our website www.powerleague.co.uk or call your club directly.
Q: Will my payments still be taken automatically? A: No. Currently, we are not able to offer this booking method. We ask that you visit our website or use the app to book the pitches when you want to play. The App provides a faster, easier booking method, which features Quick Pay buttons.
Q: Can I still play my regular game? A: Yes, your regular game will go ahead as planned.
Q: Do Powerleague have an App? A: Yes we do and it’s the fastest way to book or check fixtures and results. Q: Will the existing staff be staying with Powerleague? A: Yes, we’re delighted to welcome all staff from the clubs into the Powerleague team.
Q: Will staff be DBS checked? A: Yes, all Powerleague staff are DBS checked and approved
Q: Will staff be First Aid trained should I or any of my fellow players need support? A: Yes, there is always a first aid trained member of staff on duty
Q: Will my block booking still stand and are the T&C’s the same? A: Any existing bookings will remain under Play Football Terms and Conditions. Q: Will the league referees be changing? A: We are committed to providing the best referees at every game, which includes those that already work at the clubs, to ensure we offer the best league game experience.
