STOCKPORT: WEDNESDAY LEAGUE REVIEW

Division 1 will be back next week...........

Division 2 saw a full night and a rearranged game played (take note, division 1). ABCDE FC are three points clear at the top after they beat Not A Chance 12-8 in the top of the table clash. Not A Chance stay second, but are only a point clear of Cheadle, who picked up two wins to give themselves half a chance of nicking second spot. They beat Bonito Boys 5-2 and Dynamo 5-4. Bonito Boys lost two from two on the night as they were also beaten 6-3 by HM Finest.

Everything tightened up in division 3, as leaders Outwood were only able to pick up one point from two games played. They were beaten 14-6 by Gamma Express and drew 8-8 with Bredbury. Bredbury also picked up a forfeit win to move level on points at the top, with Gamma just one point further back. Stinky Bridge beat Silver Birch 9-8 to secure a spot in division 3 for next season.

Both Doobie and Ashton Athletic picked up 10-0 wins to stay level at the top of division 4 with one game to go, while Team Reem picked up a rare win, beating Splinter Milan 7-4.

Ping It will be playing at a higher level next season after a 9-5 win over 'Barry' meant they have a three point lead with one to play, and a superior goal difference to second placed Bare Arsealona, who beat the Ringers 10-8.
