STOCKPORT: SUNDAY LEAGUE REVIEW

FC Manchester remain top of division 1 after picking up a forfeit win over the vacancy, but Da Boys recovered from last weeks defeat with a 17-5 win over Waitrose to stay just three points behind the leaders. SGM struggled to field a team, then that team lost 20-10 to Five United, who pick up their first win.

Bang Tidy won the big / only game in division 2, beating Under Rated 12-7 to open up a 6 point lead at the top.

23rd Striker remain on course for a return to division 2 as they now lead division 3 by 6 points after beating second placed SK1 Famalam 7-6 last night. Class A Squad are still to win this season, but only have a -13 goal difference after 6 games, meaning no one has given them a good beating this season. Last night they lost 10-8 to Albion Hungover in another close encounter.

Mad Dogs beat Inter Losin 14-3 to stay top of division 4 from Bredbury Celtic, who were forfeit winners over Inter Your Sister. Inter Losin's defeat means it seems to be turning into a two horse race at the top.

Stockport Milans decision to remove themsleves from the league means The Veterans go top of division 5 following their 12-6 win over Borussia Teeth. Plan A moved themselves into prime position to take that abandonned second promotion position as they beat bottom of the table Withington FC 10-6.

No games played in division 6 last night means it's as you were at the top of the table.

Minor shock in division 7 as top of the table The Bee Gees were beaten 6-4 by Four In Hand, who after several season without a win have now picked up three in the last four weeks! Milanchester Reborn did their goal difference a power of good, and moved to within two points of the top after a 27-2 hammering of Pick It Lick It Roll It Flick It. Toe Bung Town and Buzzin played out an entertaining 10-10 draw, with Toe Bung picking up their first point.

In division 8 the top of the table clash between Offerton FC and Fake Madrid was surprisingly one sided, with Offerton running out 10-1 winners. Deportivo Lack Of Talent took their chance to close in on the top two after beating Norfolk And Chance 10-4, and are three points off the promotion spots. After picking up their first win last week, Anchor Men made it two in a row after a 9-7 win over Hetty FC.
