With the World Cup now out of the way and the start of the new season approaching Powerleague have lined up a fantastic competition for you to take part in - The Summer Cup 2010.
Enter the Powerleague Summer Cup and you and your team mates could be laughing all the way to the bank by scooping the cash prize.
The competition is open to all teams in the UK and prices start from just £25 per team per game for a squad of 5-7 players.
The tournament will be held at sites nationwide although you must be quick to register as the first round of games are due to be completed by Monday the 2nd August.
Teams who qualify through to the last 16 in the competition will play a final tournament in an all new ladder format where games are shorter and faster paced with more varied matches to determine the winners. The overall winners of each branch heat will receive a cash prize.
As an added incentive all teams who play in lower leagues will be offered an advantage where teams fixtured against another from a higher division will receive a two goal head start for every division they are below i.e. a division 4 team playing a division 1 team will see the division 4 team have a 6 goal head start (3 divisions x 2 goals).
