We could promise you the world with gym slogans and cliché’s but we wont – ALL we say is that we prize ourselves on outstanding customer service to our members – we care about your chosen fitness goals and will do our damdest to try and make you succeed! We don’t chuck in any sneaky extras such as charges for inductions or gym programmes we see this as basic needs for our members so we don’t charge, we will even give you as many FREE renewals on your training programmes so you are always progressing all the time!

Our Gym Boasts the Following… (Not what you would expect from a gym as cheap as us)

• FREE Personal Training Programmes (to give you the guide and expert knowledge on how you will reach your fitness goal)
• FREE Inductions (to show you how to use the equipment safely and effectively)
• 30 Cardiovascular stations

• Spinning® Studio

Our Prices… (Cheapest in Town for what we have to offer)

All inclusive use of gym and classes:

From… £20.00 per month…

• £20.00  per month through Direct Debit (12 months Minimum)
• £220.00 for 12 months (12 months minimum, 1 month free)
• £75.00 for 3 months (3 months minimum)

NO Joining Fee’s - NO Admin Fee’s

Opening Times… (Perfect the most hectic schedule, come before or after work, come at the weekends)

Monday – Thursday 8am – 10pm

Friday – 8am – 8pm

Saturday and Sunday 9am – 6pm
