Wednesday 12.15pm

Bums, Tums ‘N’ Thighs - All levels - (Patsy) –Included with Peak membership.

Thursday 5.15pm

Yoga, stretching & flexibility – All Levels (Ntatuhu) - Included with Peak membership

Friday 5.15pm

Step & Tone All levels - (Patsy) –Included with Peak membership. Please arrive early to guarantee your place. Further classes may be arranged if there is sufficient demand, please register your interest with Gym Staff/Management
